FCF AND FLOTATION UNITS

FCF units are one block plants for the chemical and physical treatment of wastewater.

Standard flow sheet includes chemical precipitation, flocculation, pH neutralisation, coagulation, solid separation, either by sedimentation or flotation, and final filtration on quartzite.

They can be supplied with additional facilities such as ORP controller, activated carbon and ion exchange resin filters, turbidity control and disinfections apparatus.

The units are completely made of stainless steel.

FCF working cycle is completely automatic.

All used reagents can easily be found on the market, are cheap and easy to handle.

FCF plants are available in 10 models, from 0.5 to 40 m³/hour flow.

FCF plants are supplied ready to be installed.
